Returns & Exchanges

Since most items are created at the time of order returns are typically not accepted. If there is a problem or an item is damaged, please email us with the image showing the damage as well as your order number.

Cancellations

Cancellations will not be permitted after 1 hour of purchase!

Absolutely no cancellations during sales or major promotions (birthdays, anniversaries, colab sales and black friday weekend)

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds will not be given. if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us with your order number and reasoning. Please use an email that you regularly check when contacting us.

Art/Digital Policies

All products are either drawn/created by me or commercially licensed by me (I'm a huge believer in artists supporting other artists.)

You are not permitted to resell any item without my permission
You are not permitted to claim the artwork/product as your own
you are not permitted to copy my artwork or use my artwork without license
All products are for personal use only. At this time commercial licensing is not avialable.
